Food Lion Remodels 87 Stores

Food Lion recently remodeled 87 stores across Georgia, Kentucky, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee and Virginia. The new stores offer an expanded variety of new products and services and an easier shopping experience for customers. Food Lion hired more than 1,800 new associates through this $127 million investment.

Through Food Lion Feeds, the omnichannel retailer also donated $145,000 to local Feeding America® member food bank partners serving these communities, and donated additional funds to local feeding agencies that receive regular food donations from these stores.
