Food Lion Recalls Select In-Store Prepared Ground Beef Varieties from Midlothian, Va., Store

SALISBURY, N.C. – Food Lion is notifying customers of its store located at 11130 Hull Street, Midlothian, Va. 23112, of a recall involving four varieties of in-store prepared ground beef because it may contain small pieces of the black rubber plastic gasket, which became dislodged and damaged during the grinding process. The recall affects only the listed varieties of in-store prepared ground beef sold at this single store location with these matching dates. The affected product was produced on Feb. 6, 2026, after 11:30 a.m. with a Sell By Date of Feb. 8, 2026. There are currently no complaints or reports of illness.
