Food Lion is voluntarily recalling its 7.75 oz. Food Lion Dill Pickle
Chips with UPC number 3582610392 because the manufacturer has alerted us
that the product contains milk, a known allergen, that is not declared
on the label.
While there have been no reports of illnesses to date, the product is
being recalled as a precautionary measure after the manufacturer of the
product indicated the potential risk.
Food Lion announced that beginning this week, each time a customer scans
his or her MVP savings card at the in-store MVP kiosk, Food Lion will
donate one meal* to help end hunger in the customer’s local community.
Through the partnership with its customers, Food Lion will donate up to
500,000 meals to its 30 local food bank partners and to its national
hunger-relief partner, Feeding America®. The donations will be made
through Food Lion’s hunger

on the list for the second consecutive year, which was announced at the

Food Lion will celebrate the grand opening of two of its newest South
Carolina stores on Wednesday, June 13. The stores are located at 1241
38th Avenue N., in Myrtle Beach, S.C., and 1610 Highway 17 S., in
Surfside Beach, S.C.
This summer, Food Lion is partnering with customers in its more than
1,000 stores to help fight summer hunger through its Food Lion Feeds
Reusable Bag campaign. The reusable bags are available for purchase
beginning today, June 6, 2018, and will be available until June 30, or
while supplies last.
