agencies to deliver nutritious meals to nearly 2,000 seniors who rely on

up to $40 during the grocer's "March Into Savings" promotion when they
buy participating items using their personal MVP card. Customers may

Food Lion is hosting multiple job fairs across the greater Roanoke, Va., region and is seeking applicants for approximately 200 full- and part-time associate positions. The available positions include cashiers, stockers, deli, produce, office assistants, deli manager, produce manager, grocery manager, assistant store manager, quality assurance associates, and cake decorators.
SALISBURY, N.C. — One in five students on college campuses is food insecure – lacking reliable access to sufficient quantities of food – which can have a devastating impact on their ability to achieve academic success. As part of its ongoing efforts to end hunger in local communities, Food Lion Feeds will donate more than 44,000 meals to four Central Intercollegiate Athletic Association (CIAA) colleges and universities this week.
This Valentine’s Day week, select soup kitchens that do outstanding work
for their communities will receive some love from Food Lion Feeds as
they are recognized as “Souper Star Kitchens.” As part of the
recognition, Food Lion associate volunteers will donate soup and other

SALISBURY, N.C. – Food Lion will celebrate the grand opening of its newest North Carolina store, located at 161 Crenshaw Corners Drive, in Wake Forest, N.C., on Wednesday, Jan. 31. The new store will have about 90 associates, with approximately 25 new jobs created in the Wake Forest community.
